Jay S. Maxwell, a founding investor, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of the Board of Members. He oversees company acquisitions, software development and broadband wireless deployments. His duties include organizational structure, legal reviews, equity and debt placement, partnership negotiations, acquisitions and strategic planning. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University.

James R. Vosburgh, Executive Member, was one of the founding investors of Pixius. As an owner of several businesses included Kansas Building Supply, Inc., Mr. Vosburgh has demonstrated considerable business skill and acumen in recognizing business trends at their early stages and utilizing that knowledge to enhance and build his portfolio of successful endeavors. His expertise and business advice is highly valued to many business organizations. Mr. Vosburgh received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Wichita State University.

Robert G. Hanson, Executive Member, was one of the founding investors for the Company. As a Certified Property Manager, Mr. Hanson currently is President of Weigand-Omega Management, Inc., which manages over 4,000 apartments and condominiums, 1,500,000 square feet of commercial and office space and employs approximately 225 persons. His duties with Pixius include using his expertise in accounting systems, staffing and personnel management, financing and quality assurance systems design and advising the Executive Committee and Senior Staff Members on such matters. Mr. Hanson has been a member of the State of Kansas Housing Task Force and is currently on the National Board of Directors and President of the Building Owners and Managers Association. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Hanson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and then received a Master of Science Degree in Business Management from Wichita State University.

Michael J. Lies, Executive Member, was one of the founding investors for the Company. As an owner of several businesses including over 35 years as a highly regarded Periodontics professional, he has demonstrated his business skill and acumen in recognizing trends at their early stages and utilizing that knowledge to enhance and build his portfolio of successful endeavors. In additional to his business and professional ventures, Mr. Lies also owns considerable farming interest in Garden Plain, Andale and Colwich and is a member of the Andale Farmer's Coop. This gives him a considerable understanding of the specific needs and unique requirements of Cooperative Managed Farm Facilities and the path that needs to be taken to enhance their technology investments. Mr. Lies received a Master of Science Degree from the University of Missouri and his Doctorate from Creighton University.
