Pixius Communications Adds Authorized Dealer in Maize, KS
Woodard Mercantile joins Kansas-based Internet
service provider’s network of dealers
WICHITA, KS – Pixius Communications, LLC (Pixius) announces the addition of Woodard Mercantile to a growing network of authorized dealers. Woodard Mercantile is conveniently located on Maize Road in Maize, KS.
“Many of our customers live outside of the city limits and don’t have access to broadband Internet service,” said Woodard Mercantile Owner, Leslye Woodard. “Some customers try to get by on cellular or satellite service, but with the usage caps these providers put on their service it is not a viable alternative for most of them. For about the same price as cable or DSL, Pixius’ fixed wireless broadband solution — called extendsm — provides fast and reliable Internet access. Data download rates for the wireless broadband service range from 512 Kbps to more than 6.0 Mbps with bursts up to18 Mbps, depending on the service option and other factors. Upload speeds range from 512 Kbps to more than 1.5 Mbps. These speeds are minimums, as opposed to some competitors who advertise ‘up to’ rates that are seldom achieved. The service can be tailored to meet specific business needs, including very large data transport.
